About Wash Me Superwash

Car washes in the United States come in four main formats: the express tunnel, where you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through brushes or high-pressure jets; the full-service wash, where attendants vacuum and wipe down the interior after the tunnel; the self-service bay with a coin or card-operated pressure wand, foam brush and vacuums; and the hand wash, where a crew washes and dries the car by hand. Touchless tunnels skip the cloth brushes entirely and rely on chemicals and water pressure, which is gentler on paint but less effective on heavy grime. Most express chains sell an unlimited monthly plan, usually priced at two to three single washes, that is only worth it if you wash more than twice a month. Gas stations often bundle a discounted wash with a fill-up.

UPDATE CALLED WEIGHTS AND MEASUREMENTS AND ATTORNEY GENERAL THIS PLACE HAS GOT TO GO!! the gate does not open and I’m screwed out of my dry that I paid for in the super wash. This is the 4th time I’ve been stuck in this drive-through car wash because the door doesn’t wanna open! And nobody ever answered the phone! This car wash sucks 0/10 SCAMMERS. They knowingly are ripping people off look at the other reviews! They ripped me off about five different times this car wash needs to be shut down. The owner needs to refund me my money.. Says Call if theres an issue and nobody answers and nobody has EVER returned my calls back, No matter how many voicemails I leave with my name and number and reason for my call.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. THIER EQUIPMENT DAMAGED MY CAR. 4500 dollars damage on my brand new WRX. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER AND SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF IT. THEN STARTED GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND NIW WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL ME BACK. NOW I HAVE TO GET A LAWYER INVOLVED BECAUSE SHE WILL NOT DO THE RIGHT THING AND FIX MY CAR.

Terrible service, a lady that was sweeping took the top off the garbage can I was putting trash in and said " let me make it easier for you" that was completely uncalled for.

No...because obviously theyre having all their friends and family make reviews. This car wash is trash. None of their vacuums or carpet cleaners work properly but they will PROPERLY take your money. I assume by the direct line to their voicemail that they dont want to deal with anyone and have issues constantly that theyre refusing to fix. If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place is a waste of space and needs to just be torn down and used as extra parking

This place is a rip-off. Coin machine ate 5$ and the attendant didn't want to refund it. She was verbally abusive and wanted to fight. Have stopped there before to vacuum my car and vacuums did not work, was to they were being repaired. Suggested they put an out of order sign on them and was told not to tell them how to run their business. They also did not refund the money I lost in the vacuum when it did not work. They are very rude, abusive, and bad owners.
